I purchased a 2007 Nissan from Germain Toyota in 2012. I made this decision because I am a single mom with 2 in college and a disabled daugter. I am a nurse at the James and work 50-60 hours a week. I needed to purchase a reliable car from someone I thought I could depend on.

About 4 months after purchasing the car the paint on the rear bumber started bubbling up and peeling off. I had some estimates and was told the car had a new bumber and was not correctly painted. The car fax said it was clean and I was very dissapointed thinking I had bought a wrecked car and wondered what else was wrong and how could Germain do this.

The used care manager met with me looked at the car investigated and told me they had taken the car in as a clean car so they were not aware of the problem either. They did take the car and have the bumper completely refinished and provided a loaner while the work was being complete.

I made the correct choice and will refer anyone to your dealership and make further puchases from you as well.

Thank you for giving me the security to know a business that stands by its product and takes such good care of their customers.

Mercedes Customer Service - Germain Mercedes-Benz of Easton

I just want to send a quick note thanking Melisa for her excellent service.

My parents were in town from upstate NY, where their local Mercedes dealership recently lost their marque.

My dad now has to travel two hours, one way, to the nearest dealership… so needless to say, he doesn’t go very often. Since they were shopping at Easton, he wanted to get his battery changed in his fob for his E500.

My dad recently had surgery and cannot walk far easily. Melisa greeted us upstairs in the showroom. He explained what he wanted, she sat him down then went downstairs. When she came back with the new battery installed he asked how much he owed her. She said ‘no charge’.

He was so tickled about her service, after we got outside he exclaimed ‘THAT is how Mercedes should be done!’

I am sure the next time he is in the market for a Mercedes, he currently owns four, you will be at the top of his list.

Thank you for making a trip to get a battery a highlight of their visit.

Sarah - Thanks to the Loyal Workers - Germain Honda of Dublin

I just wanted to say how thankful I am to Ellis Sorrell and Pavi at the Germain Honda of Dublin. On Tuesday my car was having difficulties and I had big fourth of July plans on Wednesday in Dayton. The service center was booked but Ellis was generous and said he would at least look at the car even though it probably could not be worked on that night.

My car ended up being fixed that night and Ellis and Pavi both had to stay an hour late to help me. I am so grateful for their kindness. True Americans!!

I've purchased 2 Scions within the last 4 months from Nate at Germain Toyota on Scarborough Blvd.  Nate listened to me and answered all of my questions and proceeded to make a wonderful recommendation for my car needs.  I loved my Scion XB, but my husband loved it more and took it over.  I went back to Nate and drove away in a Scion TC.

I'm so in love with both Scion vehicles!  Nate is a great salesman.  He is a good listener and won't try to pressure you, he's knowledgeable and he keeps his word.  Tony in finance is wonderful as well.  I've had 2 exceptional car buying experiences and I will continue to be a Germain Toyota customer.

Bruce - Great Service Patrick - Germain Porsche of Ann Arbor

This afternoon I turned in a 2011 Boxster S and drove off in a new, 2013 911 S! Patrick Feeley assisted me with every facet of taking advantage of Porsche’s End of Term Lease Loyalty Program. The purpose of my writing to you is to provide you with some feedback and comments on my recent experience as one of Patrick’s customers.

When I initially contacted Patrick late last week to express interest in the Program, the new vehicle that I wanted was not in Germain’s inventory. Consequently, Patrick quickly located and secured a vehicle which precisely fits my requirements in every way. Patrick personally picked up the vehicle at another Southeast Michigan dealership this past weekend, had it prepped and ready for me to drive off. Patrick’s responsiveness, initiative and attention to detail in understanding my needs and in securing exactly the vehicle that I wanted is one of the reasons why I remain a loyal customer of Germain’s. (Knowing that Phil Kaiser will be overseeing the service needs of my new vehicle is another.)

Given my very busy work/travel schedule, I particularly appreciated that Patrick took care of numerous important details for me, including: providing me with lease financing alternatives and clearly explaining their relative advantages and disadvantages, arranging for a license plate transfer, securing new vehicle insurance coverage from my insurance agent for me, and assuring that all of the lease and related documents were prepared accurately in advance of my arrival at the dealership. Furthermore, Patrick willingly agreed to come into the dealership today, on his day off, just to fit my schedule and for my convenience!

When I arrived at the dealership to pick up the vehicle today, Patrick gave me a warm welcome, carefully explained each of the lease documents to me and was efficient in assisting me with executing the documents. Patrick also provided me with a detailed overview of the vehicle’s operation and owner’s manuals in a way that was easy to understand, fun and relevant to my needs. I appreciate that Patrick had arranged for my vehicle to be indoors and on the showroom floor for this overview given today’s cold temperatures.

In every step of the process Patrick consistently was very knowledgeable, professional, courteous and friendly. Patrick consistently keeps his commitments to me, is customer focused, is a delight to work with and goes above and beyond in order to meet my needs. I value his assistance and the relationship that we’ve built over the years very much. Thanks for this exceptional customer service experience and for the exceptional assistance provided by Patrick. It’s appreciated!
